Warm-up Activities / Fun Games:
Introduction of each player to teammates, followed by fun games that include sprinting, running and teamwork-type games to warm up the players before the training session.
Dribbling Drills:

- The first player in line dribbles around the outside of the cones in a zig-zag pattern.
- When the dribbling player reaches the end, they sprint the zig-zag course's distance and return to the line.
- Let the players go through the zig-zag obstacle course a few times to get comfortable with their touch.
- Now, as the players are moving to their right side, they must dribble normally.
- However, as the players move to the left side, they must roll the ball with the right foot's sole.
- Change the pattern to move normally when moving to the left but roll the ball with their left foot's sole as they move to the right.
Passing Drills:

- Players start with two-touch passes to one another. Players should be on the balls of their feet and moving.
- Players then play in two-touches, but this time, immediately after making a pass, the passer alternates moving around the cones to their right and left.
- Lastly, immediately after making a pass, the passer turns and runs around the cone behind them and checks in to the middle of the cones to receive the next pass.
1v1s:

- Players will be split into two teams, the defending team and the attacking team.
- The defender will start with the ball. Once the player passes the ball to the attacker the drill will start.
- If the defender wins the ball, they will try to play the ball back to the defenders.
- The attacker will try to score.
- After all the players have gone, the teams will switch roles.
Small Sided Games:
The players will now get game time where they can use what they have learnt in the training session. The coaches can stop and start the game accordingly to improve their gameplay.

Warm-up:
Players will juggle the ball using their feet and thigh.
Warm-up Runs / Dribbling:

- 1st Round: Players will jog to the last cone and back.
- 2nd Round: Players will jog sideways to the last cone and back.
- 3rd Round: Players are split into 3 groups. Players will start doing short distance runs. Players will sprint to the 2nd cone, run backwards to the 1st cone then run to the 3rd cone, run backwards then run to the last cone and jog back.
Improves stamina, ball control and dribbling skills.
Passing Drill:

- 1st Round: Player A will pass to Player B in front of them. Player A then moves forward to receive the ball back. Player B will move forward to the cone on the right side, receives the ball back from Player A and passes it to the next player in line.
- 2nd Round: Players are split into two groups and will stand facing each other. The player without the ball will run to the center between two cones, receives and passes back the ball then moves to either the cone on the right or left side, receives the ball, turns and passes to the player in the line they are in. The next player without the ball will continue the cycle.
Improves players' ball control, passing skills and coordination.
Ball Possession:

Players will be split into two groups. Each group will have to do a certain number of passes (set by the coach) to score a goal. If the ball is at Group A's half, two players from Group B can enter Group A's half to intercept the passes and regain the ball back. Vice versa if the ball is at Group B's half.
Improves positioning, passing and ball control.
Small-sided Match:
Players should apply all the skills that they learned — passing, dribbling, positioning, and shooting — into the match.

Warm-up:
Juggling, dribbling and light warm-up.
To warm up players' body and legs for the session.
Reaction Drills:

There will be 2 groups facing each other. Coach will be in the middle ready with a marker in hand. When he says GO, whichever player grabs the cone and returns back to their base will get a point. The other player must tag the player with the marker to prevent them from scoring a point.
Players work on their speed, agility and reaction timing.
Pass & Finishing Drill:

- Players will be split into 2 markers.
- When coach blows the whistle, Player 1 at one marker with the ball will run and Player 2 without the ball will run together but at a distance.
- Then, Player 1 will cross the ball to Player 2, and Player 2 is required to shoot the ball past the keeper.
Players learn how to be quick and alert. Improves communication between teammates and also ball control and finishing.
Passing Drill:

- Players will pair up and have to complete the most number of passes as a pair with the right passing technique.
- They would have to move quick and communicate, and make the passes through the gates that are available.
Players learn to move fast and work together with their partner, communicating and executing precise passes within the 2 cones.
Small Sided Game:

Players will use what they have learnt from the session and use it in game time.
Improves players' communication, teamwork & determination.

Warm-up:
5 rounds of jogging to running and come back and do burpees.
To warm up players' bodies and legs for the session.
King of the Ring (Attacker, Defender):

- The attacking players will be in a demarcated zone where they have to make sure they hold and shield their ball in the area from 2 defenders that are trying to tackle the ball.
- Once they're tackled, or balls go out, they are out.
- Players will rotate, allowing them to play the role of both the defender and attacker.
Players learn how to defend and attack in a 1v1 situation. Defenders will learn how to use their body strength and try to pressure the attackers and get the ball. Attackers will learn how to shield the ball using their body to retain the ball.
Agility Drill:

- Players will dribble in between the cones; 1st round: straight dribble; 2nd round: criss cross dribble; 3rd round: weak foot; 4th round: dribble and turn.
- Players work on their close control and turns.
Improves players' quick movement, dribbling, close control and speed.
Shooting Drill:

- Players will be separated into 2 teams, and will be numbered from 1 to 4 each.
- Coach will call out a number, and both the same numbers, e.g. both number 1s from each team will compete against each other.
- Coach will then play the ball out, and both of them would have to battle it out to score.
Improves players' determination, shooting & dribbling.
Small Sided Game:

Improves players' communication, teamwork & determination.

Warm-up:
Players will juggle the ball using their feet and thigh.
King of the Ring:

The players are in the box. One player does not have a ball and is wearing the bib. This player is the defender. The other players will have a ball each. They will dribble the ball around the box and will try to prevent the defender from stealing their ball.
The defender will go around stealing and kicking all the balls out from the box. If the defender kicks all the players' balls out, he will be the king of the ring.
Dribbling Drill:

- 1st Round: Players will dribble straight to the last cone and back.
- 2nd Round: Players will dribble to the center cone, do a "cut" or change direction to their right/left to avoid defender and dribble back.
- 3rd Round: Players will dribble to the centre cone, do a stepover and change direction to their right/left and dribble back.
Improves player's dribbling and ball control.
1 v 1:

Players are split into two teams. An obstacle course is set up in front of players. When the coach blows the whistle, one player from each group will run through the cones in a zig-zag manner then run around the cone in front of them. The coach will pass or throw a ball and the two players will battle to have possession of the ball and score.
Improves player's speed, agility, ball control and finishing.
Small-sided Match:
Players should apply all the skills that they learned (passing, dribbling, positioning, and shooting) into the match.

Warm-up:

Warm-up:
Players will juggle the ball using their feet and thigh.
Monkey/Rondo:

- Players are split into groups of 4 or 5.
- Offensive players are positioned around the box.
- 1 player will be the defensive player or the "monkey".
- The defensive player is positioned in the box.
- The offensive players are to use the space around the box to pass the ball. The first pass is free.
- The defensive player will attempt to win the ball. If the possession of the ball is lost – either to the defensive player or due to bad pass or bad touch, the player that made the mistake will switch roles with the defensive player.
Improves player's passing technique, awareness and ball control.
Passing Drill:

- 1st Round: Players will stand facing each other. Player A will pass to Player B and switch positions.
- 2nd Round: Player A will pass to Player B, Player A will then go to either right or left cone. Player B will pass the ball to Player A and Player A will pass back and run behind Player B. Player B will now start the pass and the cycle continues.
Improves passing while moving, awareness, ball control and positioning.
Shooting Drill:

Players will stand in one line. Each player will take turns to run to the cone in front of them, the player next in line will pass the ball to the player in front of them. The player that receives the ball will control and push the ball forward to shoot.
Improves player's ball control and finishing skills.
Small-sided Match:
Players should apply all the skills that they learned (passing, dribbling, positioning, and shooting) into the match.

Warm-up:
5 rounds of jogging to running and come back and do burpees.

- Players will be split into 3 groups.
- 1st set: dribble straight fast, high knees.
- 2nd set: cross dribble, shuffle at the markers.
- 3rd set: step overs, long jumps.
- 4th set: back dribble, shuttle run.
Players get to work on their agility, balance and speed. Players also improve their ball control and quick reaction.
Possession Drill:

- Players will be split into 2 teams, they will play a possession drill with points, 5 consecutive passes without interceptions gets 1 point.
- As rounds progress, number of passes required will increase.
- Losing team will face a forfeit.
Improve players' communication, movement, passing and teamwork.
Shooting Drill:

Players will receive a pass from the side of the goal posts, either a bounce pass or a low fast drive etc. They would have to control the pass and then take a shot or would have to take a first-time shot.
Players learn how to control the ball and be clinical with their finishing.
Small Sided Game:

Players will use what they have learnt from the session and use it in game time.
Improves player's communication, teamwork & determination.

Warm-up Activities / Fun Games:
Introduction of each player to teammates, sharing & introduction of Fairplay & setting rules of play, followed by a team game.
Soccer Dribbling and Juggling Warm-up Drill:

- Have players dribble anyway they want inside the circle as long as they are using both feet for 2 minutes.
- Have the players juggle for 1 minute using feet only trying to alternate from right to left.
- Have players dribble with inside and outside of each foot with the following pattern: right foot - inside, outside, inside, outside then switch to left foot inside, outside, inside, outside and continue to switch feet. Do this for 2 minutes.
- Have players juggle with their thighs and feet for 1 minute. Again instruct players to switch feet while juggling.
- Have players work on cuts and turns. The players should be instructed to cut the ball quickly and have a short sprint after cutting or turning the ball. Make sure players are exploring with inside and outside of the foot cuts and staying with the ball when they cut. Do this for 2 minutes.
1v1 (Multiple Goals):

- Each team plays one vs. one using their goal only.
- Award a point each time dribbling across the goal line.
- Players can score from either side of their own goal.
- Players play 1 to 2-minute games and rotate players.
Small Side Game:
- Additional points will be given to the team that has used techniques/skills that the coach has taught during the drills done before the small side game.
- Reflection - Players will recap about what technique they have learnt at the drills.

Warm-up:
Players will juggle the ball using their feet and thigh.
Passing/Dribbling Warm-up:

Players are split into 3 groups. 3 cones are placed in a straight line for each group.
- 1st Round: Player A will run to the 2nd cone and ask for the ball from the next player in line. Player A will pass the ball back and run to the 3rd cone. Player A will ask for the ball, and pass back and run to the back of the line. Then the next player will start, cycle continues.
- 2nd Round: Players will dribble the ball to the 2nd cone, stop the ball and run to the 3rd cone. Then run back to the 2nd cone and pass the ball to the next player. Cycle continues.
Improves player's dribbling technique, awareness and ball control.
Passing Drill:

Player A will run to the 2nd cone. Player B will pass the ball to Player A. Player A will pass back and run to the 3rd cone. Player B will do a long pass to Player A then run to the 2nd cone. Player A will pass the ball to the next player in line. The cycle continues.
Improves passing, positioning and ball control.
Shooting Drill:

Players will stand in one line. Each player will take turns to pass the ball to the coach then run behind and around the coach. The coach will lay the ball for each player to shoot.

Warm-up:
5 rounds of jogging to running and come back and do burpees.
To warm up player's body and legs for the session.
Body Feint Drill:

- 2 players will be facing each other at opposite ends. One will be the runner and one will be the catcher.
- There will be 2 exits on the left and right. The runner has to shuffle left and right and confuse the catcher (defender) and then use the body feint technique to run through the exit.
- Next round the runner will have a ball and has to dribble through and the catcher has to tackle the ball.
Improve players' quick movement, dribbling, tackling and awareness.
Dribbling & Passing Drill:

- There will be 2 groups doing this drill.
- Players will have to dribble through cones left and right, set in a zig-zag manner.
- Then, they will pass the ball diagonally to the person at the starting point of the group beside, and the next player will go. Both groups will do this simultaneously.
Improves player's dribbling, passing, and their ball control.
1v1 Shooting Drill:

- Attackers would be lined up at the half court.
- Defenders from beside the goal will play a pass to the attacker and go on a 1v1.
- Score or defend to win.
Players will learn how to engage in a 1v1, and learn how to defend and attack.

Players will use what they have learnt from the session.

Warm-up Activities / Fun Games:
Introduction of each player to teammates, sharing & introduction of Fairplay & setting rules of play followed by team game.
1. 1v1 Shooting Drill:

- Player 1 starts with the ball and passes to Player 2. Player 1 follows the pass and moves to Player 2's place.
- Player 2 passes to Player 3 and quickly moves into defensive position.
- Player 3 passes to Player 4 and takes Player 4's place.
- Player 4 receives the ball and immediately takes on Player 2 in a 1v1 battle to goal.
- If Player 4 doesn't score in the 1v1, Player 4 becomes the keeper. If Player 4 scores, the keeper remains.
2. Technical Passing:
- Players pass to any teammate and move to the spare cone, keeping the ball moving.
- Progress onto one-touch passing with a non-tackling player on a cone, keeping the foot moving, also add a defender.
3. Shooting Agility:

- The first player in line passes through the channel to the coach (target/shooter).
- The coach passes back to the advancing shooter inside the channel.
- The shooter returns the ball to the coach and quickly backpedals towards the end of the channel where they began.
- The coach lays off a ball to either side.
- The advancing shooter must quickly react to the direction of the pass, sprint around the end of the cones and take a shot on stride.
4. Small Sided Game:
Additional points will be given to the team that has used techniques/skills that the coach has taught during the drills done before the small sided game.
Reflection: Players will recap about what techniques they have learnt from the drills.

Four Corners Passing:

While each team is in possession of the ball, this team should pass among their teammates to keep possession. A point is scored by passing the ball to a teammate that is inside one of the smaller corner grids. The teams can score in any of the corners. However, they cannot score in the same area twice in a row.
4v3 Attack vs. Defense:
Instruct the players to exploit their numerical advantage and finish with a shot on goal. Attackers should move the ball looking for the open player and holes in the defense. Defenders should attempt to break-down the attack and to gain experience in how to cover a man-down situation. Defensive players should complete a pass to the coach to end the attack. The coach should then give the ball back to the attackers to build the attack again.
Small Sided Games:
- Additional points will be given to the team that has used techniques/skills the coach has taught during the drills done before the small sided game.
- Reflection — Players will recap about what technique they have learnt at the drills.

Passing Drills — Passes for Pairs:

- In pairs at a distance of 10m.
- Passing the ball between the two players, changing the kicking leg.
Aerobic Resistance — Go and Return Reliefs:

- The first player of the team runs to the pivot and returns.
- Take the hand of the second, and runs to and back the pivot.
- So with the rest of players.
- When the first player has run with all the team, then rests.
- Later the second, the third and so on.
- The last one runs alone.
2 on 1:

- 2 Attackers versus a defender.
- X3 receives a backwards pass from X1.
- X3 has two options: dribble and kick to goal, or protect the ball, make time, and wait for X1.
- X2 defends.
Pass, Run & Shoot:

A passing sequence drill where the starting player passes to a teammate, who then passes further up to a second player who takes a strike on goal.

Dribbling Drills:

- The first player in line dribbles around the outside of the cones in a zig-zag pattern.
- When the dribbling player reaches the end, they sprint the zig-zag course's distance and return to the line.
- Let the players go through the zig-zag obstacle course a few times to get comfortable with their touch.
- Now, as the players are moving to their right side, they must dribble normally.
- However, as the players move to the left side, they must roll the ball with the right foot's sole.
- Change the pattern to move normally when moving to the left but roll the ball with their left foot's sole as they move to the right.
Passing Drills:
- Players start with two-touch passes to one another. Players should be on the balls of their feet and moving.
- Players then play in two-touches, but this time, immediately after making a pass, the passer alternates moving around the cones to their right and left.
- Lastly, immediately after making a pass, the passer turns and runs around the cone behind them and check-in to the middle of the cones to receive the next pass.
1V1s:

- Players will be split into two teams, the defending team and the attacking team.
- The defender will start with the ball. Once the player passes the ball to the attacker the drill will start.
- If the defender wins the ball, they will try to play the ball back to the defenders.
- The attacker will try to score.
- After all the players has gone, the teams will switch roles.
Small Sided Games:
The players will now get gametime where they can use what they have learnt in the training session. The coaches can stop and start the game accordingly to improve their gameplay.

Dribbling & Passing Drill:

There will be 2 groups doing this drill. Players will have to dribble through cones left and right, set in a zig-zag manner. Then, they will pass the ball diagonally to the person at the starting point of the group beside, and the next player will go. Both groups will do this simultaneously.
Improves player's dribbling, passing, and their ball control.
Body Feint Drill:
2 players will be facing each other at opposite ends. One will be the runner and one will be the catcher. There will be 2 exits on the left and right. The runner has to shuffle left and right and confuse the catcher (defender) and then use the body feint technique to run through the exit. Next round the runner will have a ball and has to dribble through and the catcher has to tackle the ball.
Improves players' quick movement, dribbling, tackling and awareness.
2v1 Finishing Drill:
Players will be in pairs. There will be 2 markers at the centre court where one of each will be stationed. Another marker will be at the edge of the court diagonal where a defender will be stationed. When the whistle goes, the attacking duo must work together, either pass or fend off the defender to score past the keeper.
Players learn how to work together as a team and communicate. Defenders learn how to read the situation and when to commit or hold the press.
Small Sided Game:

Control and Trapping Small Sided Game:

- Player throws to a teammate.
- The teammate (receiving player) must control the ball to the ground.
- The receiving player then picks up his trapped ball and throws to a teammate. Players are not able to run while holding the ball.
- The opposition should attempt to intercept the ball by controlling the ball out of the air, or picking up a poorly trapped ball from the other team.
A goal can be scored at any time from anywhere within the grid as long as the shot is taken from controlling the ball to the ground.
3v1 Early Support:
Play a 3v1 in the first grid, focusing on early support, good angles, good distance, and giving the player with the ball two passing options.
The defender's objective is to gain possession and pass to a player on their team in the other grid. If this happens, that defender joins his team in the grid and the person who caused the turnover also joins the grid and becomes the defender. In the new grid, play 3v1 again.

- The players on either end of the diamond start the drill by playing the ball to the inside player and move to the other side of their cone to receive a pass back from the center player.
- After they receive the pass back from the center player they play to the player to their right.
- This player then passes to the center player, moves to the other side of the cone, receives the ball, and plays to the player to their right.
- This pattern will continue around the grid.
1v1 Drills:
- On the coach's command, the first player from each team should sprint around the cone in front of their line.
- As the players approach the cone, the coach plays a 50/50 ball in the middle of each cone.
- The two players fight for possession and quickly attack the goal.

- The coach plays a ball on the ground to the first player in line, so the shot takes place around the edge of the penalty area.
- After the shot, the coach follows up by tossing a ball to the same shooter. The shooter must volley or head the ball into the goal.

Angle of Support:

Players at positions 2 and 4 support the player at position 1. The goal is for players to move into un-defended space.
1-2 Play Soccer Drill:
Player A plays ball into Player B. Player B lays the ball back to Player A and follows his pass, sprints around the cone and off, and Player B towards Player C and his cone. Player A plays a ball to Player C who plays the ball into the run of Player B and C sprints around the cone. Player B plays a long ball to Player D, Player D plays a ball into the run of Player C, and the movement continues.

Defensive Overlapping:
- The ball will start with the right fullback player (1) who passes the ball to the right midfielder player (2).
- The right fullback (1) makes an overlapping run around the outside midfielder player.
- The right outside midfielder player (2) passes to the checking forward player (4).
- The forward player (4) drops the ball off to the center midfield player (3) who plays a ball towards the right corner flag onto the run of the right defensive player (1).
- The right defensive player should prep the ball and cross the ball into the two forwards (4) & (5) who have advanced towards the face of the goal.
- Continue on both sides of the field.

Dribbling Drills:
- The first player in line dribbles around the outside of the cones in a zig-zag pattern.
- When the dribbling player reaches the end, they sprint the zig-zag course's distance and return to the line.
- Let the players go through the zig-zag obstacle course a few times to get comfortable with their touch.
- Now, as the players are moving to their right side, they must dribble normally.
- However, as the players move to the left side, they must roll the ball with the right foot's sole.
- Change the pattern to move normally when moving to the left but roll the ball with their left foot's sole as they move to the right.
Passing Drills:
- Players start with two-touch passes to one another. Players should be on the balls of their feet and moving.
- Players then play in two-touches, but this time, immediately after making a pass, the passer alternates moving around the cones to their right and left.

- 1st set: dribble straight fast, high knees.
- 2nd set: cross dribble, shuffle at the markers.
- 3rd set: step overs, long jumps.
- 4th set: back dribble, shuttle run.
2v1 Dribbling Drills:
Improve players' communication, movement, dribbling, passing and shooting. Defenders work on holding, intercepting and reading the game.
- Players pair up. One defender will be holding both pairs and will only be allowed to intercept and not tackle.
- The pair has to pass within each other, and will be allowed to score once they are in the penalty box. They will be given 30 seconds.

Improve players' quick movement, dribbling, tackling and awareness.
- 2 players will be facing each other in opposite ends. One will be the runner and one will be the catcher.
- There will be 2 exits on the left and right. The runner has to shuffle left and right and confuse the catcher (defender) and then use the body feint technique to then run through the exit.
- Next round the runner will have a ball and has to dribble through and the catcher has to tackle the ball.
Possession Drill:
Improve players' communication, movement, passing and teamwork.
- Players will be split into 2 teams, they will play a possession drill with points — 10 consecutive passes without interceptions gets 1 point.
- As rounds progress, number of passes required will increase.
- Losing team will face a forfeit.
1v1 Shooting Drill:
Players will learn how to engage in a 1v1, and learn how to defend and attack.
- Attackers would be lined up at the half court.
- Defenders from beside the goal will play a pass to the attacker and go on a 1v1.

- Roll with the bottom of the foot while facing left
- Roll with the bottom of the foot while facing right
- Outside-Inside dribble (outside right, inside right, outside left, inside left)

Passing Drills:
- The first defender passes a ball into the three attackers.
- The defender immediately steps into the grid and becomes the defender creating a 3v1 inside the grid.
- The three attackers attempt to put together as many passes as possible.
- The attackers continue passing until the defender wins the ball or it is played out of the area.
- Once the play is dead, the next defender plays into the same three attackers, and play resumes.

- Players will be separated into 2 teams, and will be numbered from 1 to 4 each.
- Coach will call out a number, and both the same numbers (e.g. both number 1s from each team) will compete against each other.

- Player at the back to pick up the ball and repeat the same actions.
- Play continues until the first player is at the back of the queue again; first team to do so wins.

Passing:
- Players to form 2 queues facing each other, at a distance.
- First player will pass the ball across and immediately run towards the player.
- Second player to receive pass and return it back to the running player.
- The originally first player will perform a 'wall pass' back, and the second player will then pass the ball across.
- Play repeats itself.

- Players are to form two queues on the diagonally opposite to each other.
- On coach's command, first player to dribble the ball and take a shot towards goal, and immediately drop to defend.
- Once that player takes a shot, first player from the diagonally opposite queue will start to dribble the ball and take a shot towards the opposite goal, and then immediately drop to defend.
- Players from opposite queue will start dribbling after the player takes the shot.
- Play will continue for a stipulated amount of time.

- The players on either end of the diamond start the drill by playing the ball to the inside player and move to the other side of their cone to receive a pass back from the center player.
- After they receive the pass back from the center player they play to the player to their right.
- This player then passes to the center player, moves to the other side of the cone, receives the ball, and plays to the player to their right.
- This pattern will continue around the grid.
1V1 Drills:
- On the coach's command, the first player from each team should sprint around the cone in front of their line.
- As the players approach the cone, the coach plays a 50/50 ball in the middle of each cone.

Warm-up Activities / Fun Games:
Introduction of each player to teammates, followed by fun games that includes sprinting, running and teamwork type of games to warm up the players before the training session.
- Players to split themselves into three separate queues.
- On coach's command, players at the front of the queue to start running to the first cone.
- After touching the first cone, they are to run back to the original cone.
- Drill repeats for the remaining cones; players to return to original cone after each cone.
- Each player to run the drill three times.
- Coach to change variations with backpaddling and side movements for subsequent rounds.

Passing:
- Players to form a queue behind first cone.
- One player to be positioned on second cone.
- Upon coach's command, player at front of queue to pass the ball to player at the second cone.
- Second player to set or 'lay-off' the ball for first player, before running to third cone near the corner area.
- First player to then make the long pass to second player at the third cone, before running into the penalty area.
- Second player to perform a cross and first player to shoot into the goal.
- After shooting, first player to go back to the second cone and carry out the duties of the second player.
- Play to repeat with subsequent player.
To improve player's passing, crossing and shooting.
1v1:
- Coach plays a 50/50 ball into the area and calls out a number.
- Players assigned to that number will run into the area and challenge for the ball.
- Play continues until one of the players scores a goal at the opposite end.

Rondo Drill:
- Players will each be in between their cones with 2 defenders.
- Players will try to get 10 passes to each other without letting the defenders tackling or intercepting the ball.
- If the defender gets to intercept the pass, the player who played the pass will then be the defender.
Players get to work on their passing, reaction time, awareness and interception.
2v1 Dribbling Drills:
- Players pair up. One defender will be holding both pairs and will only be allowed to intercept and not tackle.
- The pair has to pass within each other, and will be allowed to score once they are in the penalty box. They will be given 30 seconds.
Improves Players' communication, movement, dribbling, passing and shooting.

Players will do kip up with their feet and thighs.

Gate Passing Drill:
- Players will partner up and pass to each other in between the 2 cones portraying a gate.
To improve player's passing, accuracy, and communication.
Wall Pass Drill:
- Player A & B will start together by A passing to B.
- After A passes to B, A runs towards slightly in front of B and asks for the ball.
- B passes then runs towards the end; A will play a through pass towards B that is running.
- B will then cross towards inside the box for A to score.
To improve player's passing, communication, and shooting.
Tic Tac Toe:
- Players will start at different ends of the field.
- One team will have balls, and the other team will have bibs.
- Once the coach gives the command, one player from each side can run towards the center and put at any cone.
- After every player has run and put and moved their placement, one team will only win if they have 3 in a row horizontally or diagonally or vertically.
To improve player's stamina, determination, and focus.

Small Sided Game:
- Captains will be chosen by coaches.
- Captains will take turns picking their team.
- Team will play a 7-minute game.
To improve player's teamwork, leadership and communication.

- After they receive the pass back from the center player they play to the player to their right.
- This player then passes to the center player, moves to the other side of the cone, receives the ball, and plays to the player to their right.
- This pattern will continue around the grid.
1V1 Drills:
- On the coach's command, the first player from each team should sprint around the cone in front of their line.
- As the players approach the cone, the coach plays a 50/50 ball in the middle of each cone.
- The two players fight for possession and quickly attack the goal.

Shooting Drills:
- The coach plays a ball on the ground to the first player in line, so the shot takes place around the edge of the penalty area.
- After the shot, the coach follows up by tossing a ball to the same shooter. The shooter must volley or head the ball into the goal.

Warm-up Routine:
- Players begin with a quick check-in with coaches and a reminder to hydrate.
- Players warm up with light ball work like dribbling, juggling with feet and thighs, and practicing close control.

Passing Drill:
- 2 players will be in a team.
- A player will run to the centre cone, teammate plays a short pass and player returns the pass.
- Player then runs to the final cone and then teammate plays a long pass.
Dribbling & Passing Drill:
- There will be 2 groups doing this drill.
- Players will have to dribble through cones left and right, set in a zig zag manner.
- Players will use both their weak foot and strong foot to dribble, using both their inside foot and outside foot.

Shooting Drill:
- Player will pass the ball to coach.
- Coach will do a 1-2 lay off and player will score past the keeper.
- Coach will give them different challenges such as first time finish etc.
5-aside Match:
- Players work together with their teammates, maintaining high intensity and sharp focus.
- The match simulates real tournament scenarios, helping players improve teamwork, quick decision-making, and game awareness under pressure.

Dribbling Drills:
- The first player in line dribbles around the outside of the cones in a zig-zag pattern.
- When the dribbling player reaches the end, they sprint the zig-zag course's distance and return to the line.
- Let the players go through the zig-zag obstacle course a few times to get comfortable with their touch.
- Now, as the players are moving to their right side, they must dribble normally.
- However, as the players move to the left side, they must roll the ball with the right foot's sole.
- Change the pattern to move normally when moving to the left but roll the ball with their left foot's sole as they move to the right.

Passing Drills:
- Players start with two-touch passes to one another. Players should be on the balls of their feet and moving.
- Players then play in two-touches, but this time, immediately after making a pass, the passer alternates moving around the cones to their right and left.
- Lastly, immediately after making a pass, the passer turns and runs around the cone behind them and check-in to the middle of the cones to receive the next pass.

1V1s:
- Players will be split into two teams, the defending team and the attacking team.
- The defender will start with the ball. Once the player passes the ball to the attacker the drill will start.
- If the defender wins the ball, they will try to play the ball back to the defenders.
- The attacker will try to score.
- After all the players has gone, the teams will switch roles.

- Players to spread themselves; one at the top, one in the middle and one at the bottom.
- Players at the top and bottom to have a ball each.
- Middle player to run to either player, receive a pass and make a pass back to them.
- Middle player to keep moving between the two players after every pass.
- Coach to test different variations of passes (i.e. on the ground, in the air, headers).
Dribbling:
- Coach to appoint one player to become the tackler.
- Rest of the players to start dribbling a ball each in the playing area.
- At the coach's command, tackler will have to enter the playing area and kick all the balls out.
- Players with the ball are to dribble away or protect their ball.
- Tackler only wins if every ball is kicked out within stipulated time, if not the rest of the players are the winners.

Shooting:

- Players will be split into 2 teams.
- Each team are only allowed to send 2 players to the other team half to get the ball back and pass around and keep possession.
Shooting Drill:
- Players will be split into 2 teams and will be numbered 1 to 4 each.
- If their number is called, both of them will chase the ball and try to score.
Small Sided Game:
- 2 teams will be chosen by the coaches.
- 5 minute game.

- Players to be split into two equal groups and line up behind two cones.
- First station: Players to jump, with both feet together, over the hurdles before turning around the last cone and back to the line.
- Second station: Players are to run and touch the cones that are lined diagonally to each other before running to the last cone, turning around and back to the line.

Passing:
- Players to partner up in twos. Each pair to a ball.
- On coach's command, players to pass the ball to their partners, through the "gates" in between them.
- Once comfortable, each player can take 5-10 steps back and perform long passes.
Dribbling:
- Players to form a queue at the start cone.
- On coach's command, first player to dribble around the cones to the next cone.
- After second cone, player to dribble fast in a straight line to the last cone.
- At the last cone, player to perform 5 taps on the ball with their feet, before passing it back to the next player in the queue.
- Play continues for a stipulated amount of time.

Shooting:
- The coach plays a ball on the ground to the first player in line, so the shot takes place around the edge of the penalty area.
- After the shot, the coach follows up by tossing a ball to the same shooter. The shooter must volley or head the ball into the goal.

Holding & Shielding Drill:
Players will be split into attackers and defenders. The defenders would learn how to hold the defender and their objective is not to tackle them but contain them and prevent them from attacking and scoring. They will be given a 30 second timer. The attacker has to dribble the ball into the goalpost, and has to use the shielding method when the defender tries to take the ball.
Possession Drill:
Players will be split into 2 teams and play a possession drill with points — 10 consecutive passes without interceptions gets 1 point.
Shooting Drill & Small Sided Game:
Coach calls a number and both matching numbers compete for the ball and battle to score.
