• Health & Safety Data: Medical Certificates (MCs), COVID-19 test results (as provided for session credits), and details of any incidents or injuries that occur during MOF Activities.
• Visual & Audio Data: Photographs and video recordings taken during MOF Activities for the purposes outlined in Clause 4 of our Terms & Conditions.
• Technical Data: When you visit our website or interact with our digital platforms, we may collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage data through cookies.

3. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure

We collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process registrations, administer enrollments, and manage your account for MOF Activities.
• To communicate with you regarding program details, schedule changes, administrative updates, and safety-related matters.
• To process payments and administer our refund and absence policies as per our Terms & Conditions.
• To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities, including assessing suitability for participation and responding to medical emergencies.

• To use photographs and video recordings for our promotional, marketing, and commercial materials (as consented to in our Terms & Conditions).

For participants under 18 years of age, consent is provided by the parent or legal guardian upon registration.

Please note that withdrawal of consent for essential purposes (e.g., safety, administration of paid programs) may affect our ability to provide our services to you/your child.
