Football Referees (Part-Time/Assignment based)

MOF actively seeks to work with good referees who are able to manage games in some/all of MOF Leagues. We require referees to understand that with our Major, Minor, Leisure Leagues, and also our Friendlies and Cup Tournament competitions, we have games and teams of differing levels. We MOF will need (possibly a few easier games) for a period of time to understand your fitness, skill and ability to manage difficult footballers and make difficult calls. We will also use a Referee Assessor to assess your games, and provide feedback. Examples are:

Referee XXX assessment report.

Efficient performance by him.
He was able to control the game .
Good detection of fouls .
Points and advise for improvement:
A. He needs to run toward the foul spot and make the decision there.
B. He needs to keep moving and take up a better angle and positions.
C. Blown Whistle was soft.
D. Need to show hand signal went the ball was stopped playing.
Performance points: YYY.
